I cancelled my Service in summer of 2008 and found in December 2008 they were still charging my credit card. I cancelled again in December 2008. They were supposed to credit my credit card but only gave me credit for for services...( whatever that means)...In May 2008 the service was automatically activated again without my request or my knowledge, they stated it was an automatic activiation...and my charge card was charged again. I called and spoke w/the manager, Emily, ( she would not give her last name - she stated she was Emily from Iowa) and she stated their records reflect the service being cancelled in December 2008, but they had it automatiacllay set up to start again in May 2009(that makes no since)...They stated their policy is that they will not credit my card, but they would take $8.25 off that it showed I still owed.
I have filed complaints w/the BBB and with state. I will never use Serius again.
