I have had this service company out to my home 4 times to repair my Kenmore Refrigerator without any success as of yet. The last technician came to the house and said there are many parts on my fridge that has recalls (15 to be exact) and he proceeded to order the parts. The parts arrived at my home and sears called and set an appointment for Friday July 9th from 1-5. I received a call from there main office at approx, 3p.m saying they could not make it to my house due to the tech being backed up and the amount of work he had to do once he arrived here. I asked the guy how long the wait would be and he replied Tuesday July 13th. I was upset because I am living out of a cooler and THEY canceled on me and I felt I should be put ahead of other people. I felt I should have been put in on Monday the 12th. I finally said fine and the conversation ended at that.
On July 13th I got home at 5p.m. and still have not received a call as to when they would be here so I called (1800 4 my) home and spoke with a Lady that was nice at first but hard to understand. She quickly became agitated from me asking questions and telling her that the date I was told was different from what she had on her end which was July the 20th. She told me there was nothing she could do and there is no way she could get anyone there so I asked to speak to her manager. She very rudely answered me it wont do any good to speak with him and I replied please just let me speak to the manager and she said very loud in the phone almost a scream FINE, I waited on hold for almost 25 minutes before I was hung up on. I can tell you this based on my experience with this I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER WARRANT WITH SEARS AGAIN AN WILL TELL EVERYONE I COME INTO CONTACT WITH TO STAY AWAY FROM SEARS WARRANTY. I come into contact with thousands of people each year so I am very truly hoping you will handle this situation with the utmost care.
