Rudeness/bad behavior
A Harley Davidson franchise that doesn’t respect their customers. Rough Rider Harley Davidson in Minot North Dakota.
Two years ago I was told to come get my bike from the shop because they were done working on it and it was ready to go. In the holding bay I got on it and tipped it up and gas ran out the air cleaner into a large puddle on the floor, once that stopped I rolled it ahead out of the puddle and hit the starter and the bike would not turn over. But I had been told it was ready and to come get it. And that is a 140 mile round trip for me. I said shit happens and all is forgiven. I complained as I had a right to, then forgot about it and moved on. I guess I’m able to forgive and forget that kind of poor service and try to remain a loyal customer but they can’t forget about my complaining when I had a right to. Seems very childish and has a crybaby aspect to it. Provide bad service, get a complaint about it, and tell the customer not to come back. I don’t think that is the style that Harley Davidson wants to portray to the public.
The one other time I brought it in, was on a scheduled appointment. Which to me means it is going on the rack and being worked on until it is done starting on the date and time of the appointment. Otherwise why bother with an appointment?
Anyway, I took it in the day before the appointment but didn't get it back for 30 days, and when I did get it back, the bill was for 10 hours labor for carburetor adjustments. So naturally I wondered why it took 30 days for 10 hours of labor for carburetor adjustments. Also, I may be wrong here but I didn't realize that you could possibly make adjustments on that tiny little carburetor for 10 hours, but maybe you can, and I'll give you that. I assumed that that little carburetor could be completely dismantled and rebuilt in less than 10 hours. I believe had anyone gone through the same experiences, they might be a bit upset just as I was. But I bitched a little and then took the attitude that shit happens and moved on. Both times wanting to take my business back to Harley Davidson. And for that, I was told to find some other place to service and/or repair my bike.
I feel under the circumstances I had a right to my complaints but I also said shit happens, and have tried to remain a loyal customer. I'm willing to go the extra mile but they aren't. In fact, I've already gone the extra mile and wrote it off to shit happens and attempted to do business with them again. How about a simple apology for the bad service, which I never did get on either ocaission and they get over it. What right do they have to be upset with me, I complained about poor customer service and for that they want to whine and be mad like children, and tell me to take my business elsewhere. Now they are denying me service because they can’t take a complaint about bad service like an adult and apologize and move on. I’m the one that received the bad service, made my complaint, and moved on, why can’t they? This franchise is portraying an infantile attitude that I’m sure is not the portrayal Harley Davidson wants to put out to the public about their company. If you want a company that will treat you badly I recommend Rough Rider Harley Davidson in Minot North Dakota.

service
Very bad service, only one very slow cashier for twenty customers. I was in line for more than twenty five minutes and I was second in line. With this kind of service your probably losing thousands in sales. Just thought I'd let you know what's going on. Manager if there was one seemed to be too cozy with staff. There were many employees at this store but no one cared to serve the customers.

PF Fund
Sir,
I was worked in 3i Infotech Ltd from April 2008 to Dec 2009 than the company converted us to 3i Consultancy Services and there I worked till 2010 April.After I resigned from my job I applied for my PF fund.It becomes almost 6 months, the HR personal is saying that the " Forms waiting for F&F settlement conformation status after conformation". I don't what is F&F conformation.I know just that I should get the PF funds which is belongs to me.
Sir I need your help in this regard as this fund is very important to me.

I travelled from Birmingham U.K to India Ahmedabad on 9th Feb 2011 with the stay of 14 hrs at Dubai, FROM FLIGHT NUMBER EK 38
On arrival at Dubai I requested for room as stay was longer and as I was accompined with my 11years old son with broken little toe.
But even after offering to pay I was not given any room but was promised for free meals twice .
After having Ist meal at 1 pm when we went back at 7pm the gentlemen Khalid said u can not come in and RUDLEY SAID TO LEAVE when I said I was told to have 2 meals He aggresively challenged me to leave Insulting me and when I said I will speak to ur superior give me ur name He then CHALLENGED & THREATEN ME TO LEAVE OR FACE THE ME ANCD SAID LEAVE NOW OR CONSEQUENCES WILL BE BAD AND DO WHAT EVER I CAN AS HE DONT CARE.

bad business practices
I am so tired of finding big messes on my bill. It seems if you dial direct tv accidentally you get a charge (not quite that bad but almost) They screwed up so they offered me free HBO for a short while. I do not watch this much but accepted the offer in good faith. This was bad, as showed up as a charge on my bill. I called back, and they explained some song and dance about was just a charge in case I kept it. I said to get it off there as I did not authorize the charge and not explained. They then put a charge on for early cancellation next time. I decided to order a movie and so time comsuming gonna miss movie, so I called. No mention anywhere of extra charge for this, and I do not have time to read all that trash that comes in my monthly statement. Bill showed almost $11 for that . They really racked up, overcharged for the movie, then charged $5 for the phone call. Rep tried to explain how to avoid these costs. I advised will avoid by renting red box at $1 from now on. Why do these companies realize they price themselves out of business with their sneakiness. I will get cable if much more of this. Then I read on here where they are doing this underhanded stuff and taking the money out of accounts. Maybe attorney General could solve.

soliciting about reducing social security benefits
I received a post card size card to give information that could save me 85% of my social security could be taxable. They would send me a free brochure on how to take advantage of legislated ta benefits. I do believed this is a scam and should be investigated so no one has to

Refund of R285
I made my booking using cheque card
The consultant debited my account by R285 instead of R570.00.
I called numerous time to ask for refund as consultant advised that funds will be credited after 24hrs
I phoned on Monday 01/11/2010 and the consultant advised that she will send a form to FNB to credit my account.
On 04/11/2010 I phoned my bank they said they did not received any claim from Mango.
Then on 09/11/2010 I spoke to Sifiso who promised to do the same thing and I gave him auth number 509726 to sort this out.
I need status of my query ASAP.I told Sifiso I am not going to call again because your staff is incompetent no-ne wants to take accountability or responsibilty towards customer complain.
I really think you service is very poor.
I logged my complain on helopeter but no response because they no registered with them.
I was copied on one of the email showing that my query was escalated on 20/11/2010 from Elze Rooskrantz to Sifiso Mhlambi.
No one is showing interest with my query.
Please assist.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, it was fairly well but the only probelm i had was that i called ahead of time as i was bring in my family i wanted to ask a fairly simple question as to which food there was halal the women on the food told me i am busy i dont have time and hung up the phone !!!

Upper Management misleading
This employer works the management staff like slaves.
Award a store manager with highest rate of increase in sales one day for the entire state and terminate the same employee the next day. CEO you tube the most untrue, misleading impression of a company I have ever seen. Sad company.

Rude Tellers
I have been a member of this bank for many years and over the last 9 months, I have had the ABSOLUTELY WORST service I have ever had. There is one teller who has been there for over 2 years who is the most helpful, pleasant and outstanding teller I had ever dealt with. This teller goes out of her way to make my visit very pleasant and will take her time to add things on my deposit slips if needed, look up my account number if needed or just fill out of the slip. I came in earlier in the week and this teller was not there and I went to a young teller who was rude and told me that I needed to add up my deposit slip before I came up to see her. I explained to her that I would rather it be done by her to make sure my math is correct. She huffed and hesitated but did it. I was at the point to pull my accounts which total well over 100K. If I continue to be treated like this believe you me, this will happen. I have noticed that this teller is not there as much and I have heard from others that her hours have been cut. It is a shame because she is the reason that myself and many of the older population come there. She makes us feel very welcome and spends the time and doesn't rush us through just to get things done. I think that the bank needs to reassess her hours and realize how much she does for the population and makes us feel very comfortable! I hope that this does reach not only the bank manager but his superior and something gets done to this snippy young teller and the other teller gets recognizition for all she does for the bank.
