Service Protection Program Reviews

false information
This company sent information regarding my car to my husband who has no interest in soliciting him as if he is the owner for a service agreement. I called an spoke to an operator who concurred that this was only advertisement. However I find this outrageous that they would imply that my service agreement is about to expire when I don't have an agreement with them and then they can even tell me if there is an agreement in place. These people should not be allowed to advertise, or solicit unless they have contractural information with the owner.

Rude Customer Service
Received a "Final Notice" to extend your vehicle bumper to bumper coverage on a certified used vehicle I purchased earlier this year. Contacted the company by phone and spoke to a woman customer service representative. After I gave her the customer ID#, I explained that I didn't understand why I received this letter saying my coverage may expire soon. Ms. R stated that their records indicate my bumper to bumper coverage was going to expire and they contacted me as a reminder. After I explained that I purchased my car with extended warranty and it didn't make sense she asked me to hold. Not one minute later she said yes you do have coverage it was a mistake. I asked her how could it take her no time so see that by phone but the company couldn't check that before they sent me this letter. Her tone became defense and she stated, "it was a mistake ma'am people make mistakes". Words got exchanged about her tone, I asked for her supervisor, she said ma'am we can take care of this right here. I asked again who her superisor was twice more then she confessed that she was a supervisor. I asked who her boss was and she refused to tell me his name. I told her I wanted to speak to her boss because I didn't appreciate her tone of voice. After speaking to her boss, I told him a few choice words then asked him for his company web address. He asked me why did I need it if I didn't need any coverage. I told his I wanted to go online to write a complaint; he said that their company's web address was not accessible to submit a complaint and would not give it to me, yet here I am. This company needs a couple of classes on business ettiquete and "great" customer service.

Vehicle coverage
This company is using my legal name to get business. But, I always use my nick name as contact to general company if I could. The Service Protection Program must have some contact and illegally gather my personal information and my background. Deal all, please do not reply them anything. If you did, they will get your phone # and you are giving them more information due to they got your phone #. please beware.
