OH MY WORD! How is this company still even alive? My washing broke in the beginning of JUNE. Rang Service UK who sent out an engineer within three days. My partner had to take a holiday from work for this but the engineer didn't turn up till yes you guessed it 6.00pm - total waste of time! Again there was a missing part and he had to order it from Italy. And yes I honestly think they use donkey or maybe even a mouse to crawl over from Italy to England to deliver the parts. 7-10 working days yeah right more like 5 weeks! Rang twice got told twice that the part would be there in the next week what a load of rubbish. Finally went mental down the phone which shocked them into sending out a contract engineer who said the washing machine was totally knackered after 6 months when there are only 2 people using it. My partner again had to take time off work. Been told for past month that I will receive a new washing machine rang up today promised within 7 days-I can't even be bothered to cross my fingers anymore.And as for keeping you on hold for 30 minutes everytime you ring there extremely expensive number it makes the most calm people absolutely outraged! I hate Service UK with a passion and want to throw the dam machine at the idiot who owns it.
