Counterfiet golf clubs
I saw this website and asked them directly if the Taylormade R7 CGB Max golf irons were authentic Taylormade. The ownner assured me that the clubs were authentic and if I had any problems they would take them back without any questions asked. When I recieved the clubs I immediately too them the a local dealer who said they were counterfiets, then I took them to WGV(http://www.tourstop.com/) who also confirmed the clubs were conterfiet. The day the clubs got here I immediately email the onwner of the company and asked for an RMA so as to be able to return the clubs. He refused telling me: "Sorry to learn your problem.Our clubs are OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture) products with high quality and good performance. Our clubs are mainly made for Hong Kong and Japanese market, so they might be a little different from the ones displayed in your local place. Since you have not hit our clubs, we suggest you may have a try by yourself. We bet you won't be disappointed. It is very troublesome to return an item. So would you please take a partial refund of $40 to keep the clubs with you? Then you can dispose them according to your will." My response was: "As I said they are NOT Taylormade made clubs. They are knock off. Just in case you didn't know it all aylormade cgb max irons have a titanium face and titanium is not magnetic. A magnet sticks like clue to these things. In addition in speaking with Taylormade they also confirmed the clubs were not made by them... I do not want these clubs, you told me they were authentic and assured me that if I found that they weren't it would be very little problem returning them, well I want to return them and get my money back...Sooner then later. I do not want 40 dollars and then have to sell unauthentic clubs to anyone, I consider that unethical. I wish to return these clubs for a full refund... The company responded with this and it has been the last contact I've had with them "If you insist on a return, you must send the clubs back to our supplier in China at your expense. We will issue a full refund to you at once when our supplier receive the returned items. As you see, it will cost you much on the shipment and it will also take a long time for the transport. So we hope you could reconsider taking a partial refund of $60 to end this issue. And we may have a further discussion on the partial refund. Then you may use the clubs as practice tools. Our clubs are OEM products, but really worth the price. Looking forward to your positive response."
