Since you have invited me as a customer / obsevations on the repairs of my car Maruti Zen HR26T0423, I wish to give my following comments :-
1) After taking the appointment from Mr Sarkar your Service Advisor, I sent my Maruti Zen no HR26T0423 for servicing and inspection of the Air Conditioner. My car remained in your Maruti workshop Naraina for 36 hours and I had a bitter experience of Mishandling of repairs by your engineer and mechanics which has resulted in great discomfort to me for wasting many number of hours without any concrete results. Intially the repair was estimated for changing of AC liquid line pipeline and filling of Gas to Rs 2200 as service charges. But to my horror I had to pay around Rs 19, 000 for the repair of the AC of my above car.
2) The main complaint of mine is the wrong assesment and lack of supervision under which the repairs were carried out. I and my family have four Maruti cars and till now there have been not any complaint regarding functioning and servicing of my cars. But this episode of repairs by your staff has been most disappointing and big harassment to me with regard to time and money spent by me.
3) I have already filled up the feedback form and dispatched to you as it was required to be done by a customer.
4) i wish such episodes will never happen again and i will not be compelled to change my opinion regarding the quality of good service as it is generally offered to the customers
