Customer care ha ha!
Purchased a fridge freezer two weeks ago only to have it break down, losing all of the contents. Had to wait four days for an engineer to call - he said the appliance needed replacing. We can not get any joy from the customer care department, as to how long this will take, they just seem to repeat the company handbook like robots ! Even after having the appliance for only two weeks their company policy states that we will not be compensated for the loss of contents either.
We would advise anyone not to purchase a Serves product, it was our first and definitely our last.

Pathetic after sales care
86 tear old mother-in-law's fridge/freezer failed after 4 months whilst under warranty. Requested engineer visit on the 5th. March after much pressing visit on 9th. March, a part was needed this is supposed to take 10 working days. No contact from Servis re part. Chased on her behalf on the 26th. and 27th. Marc h, to be told that the part arrived damaged and we have to wait a further 10 working days. In the meantime why were we not kept informed and why do freezer parts take 10 working days from Italy when car and fork truck spares take 24 hours from the continent and 48 hours from China. Chased again 12th. April to be told there was a delay of 7 to 10 days, but within an hour of my call they have a part and will fit it tomorrow 13 April. On the surface there seems to be some sort of incompetence and there is no way to push higher to get service. I think the name Servis is a laugh. Do the managers at Servis know or even care about their pathetic after sales care.
