i bought a servis fridge freezer from littlewoods april 2008, didnt move in to my house till june 2008 the fridge freezer was fine till may 2009 when i noticed my food in my freezer had gone soft so checked the fridge and it was warm, so turned it off for abit, and it started to work again, but then failed so i rang little woods and they said ring servis helpline whitch i did but because it was 1week out of warritany they would have anything to do with it, so rang little wood back and demanded that some one comes out, or i would taking them to court, well someone was ment to come on friday but no one turned up, so rang them back and they said oh we cant get out till tuesday now and i was like hold on a sec ive gone a week now without a fridge freezer, i have 2 young babies, but they didnt care, well the repair man came out and the compressor and electronics have gone on it, and littlewoods was undecided if they was going to repair it or rplace it but now decided to repair it well the compressor has now been ordered and will be in on 25th may so the repair will ring me on tuesday 26th may to sort a day out but as littlewoods said it will be 1st week in june before it is fixed, well by then i will of gone nealy a month with out a fridge freezer, ive put in a complaint askin for compensation for the loss of food and the loss of time ive had to take off work! Would never buy anything from servis again

This is the third washing machine Ive had in 9 months its been repaired at least6times the engineer came yesterday and didn't even look at it he said its irreparable and he will put in a report for a new one well Ive just been on the phone to service and Ive got to wait in again for the repair man to repair a load of rubbish i would never recommend service to anyone the company stinks Ive even written to the head of customer services three times MRS HARI ATHWAL BUT THEY JUST WONT LET ME TALK TO HER ON THE PHONE i am sick and tired of it all i just don't know what to do who else do i complain to.

I bought a washing machine at the start of 2007 which kept skipping through it's cycles, the engineers came out 4 times to try and fix it and when it couldn't be sorted he contacted Servis who said they'd replace the machine. He submitted a report to the firm that Servis use (I believe its GB Domestics) and since then I've heard nothing, the last contact I had with them was December because every time I try to phone you're held in a que for an unacceptable amount of time and when you've got two small children, you just don't have the time to waste hanging on like this, not to mention the cost. I am on the phone to Servis as I write this message and had been hanging on for an eternity before finally getting through to a totally unhelpful representative who's advising me that my query has been closed and I should have got in contact before now, I WISH I COULD HAVE!!! I have asked to speak to his supervisor and the line is now dead, how helpful is that? Please never buy Servis products unless you've got money to waste.

My washing machine broke down on 30 jan 2008, i am still waiting for it to be fixed by servis uk a month later, with 4 young children to handwash for, i find everything about there service unsatisfactory, they dont seem to care about anything, they blame there engineers and the engineers blame servis, mean while i am stuck in the middle without a machine. their have been only a couple of replies to all my phone calls, i am disgusted with them as a company. The company should be put out of business completely.
