My order number is 334757 I order 1 pattern on Feb.17. Now it is March 8, 2011 and still nothing. I want my money back because you took it and were supposed to send my pattern in exchange but I have gotten NOTHING.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! There was NO service or product rendered on sewingpatterns.com part. Therefore I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALL $12.09 of it.

Thank you Patti but on the website someone answered me and said the same thing on Feb 28 but that is was in and was shipping that same day. Here is how theconversation went. But thanks for canceling my order. How long will it take for my money to to credited back?

It would be nice if on the site it self I'd be able to find out the status of my order likemany other sites have, and to have gotten an email stating it was backordered. How much longer will it take to get to me?

I ordered patterns from this company in December. I did not receive any order confirmation other than paypal confirmation that my payment went through (and indeed, the money has been taken out of my account). Thinking this was odd, I emailed them for some details on order confirmation as well as the overall status of my order (as in, had it been shipped?), no answer. I proceeded to email the company a few more times and still no response. Filing a dispute with paypal did not garner a response either, so now I have a claim filed.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS TOTALLING 97.14 FOR SEWING PATTERNS, MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDERS, I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM VIA THEIR WEBSITE WITH NO RESPONSE, I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE AFTER A FRIEND FOUND THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR ME, AND I AM AFRAID I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF, WHY WOULD A COMPANY NOT PROVIDE THEIR PHONE NUMBER, NO CONFIRM AN ORDER OR PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER, OR RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS.

I wouldn't bother with this again! I thought it was a great idea because I often have difficulty getting patterns I want where I live. So I put in my order for downloadable patterns. Email arrived within 15 minutes as promised, but it was so difficult to download from the link. It took many, many attempts. Anyway, I printed out the patterns, but i couldn't get the instructions to print properly. I contacted the company, and had a reply the next day - "the instructions are not able to be printed out"!!! So I had to enlarge them on my PC, and go back and forth from my sewing room to view them. Needless to say, I made mistakes and got really frustrated. The patterns were a mission to tape together on A4 paper, and didn't line up perfectly (to be fair, this is probably just paper movement as is goes through the printer). I found the whole thing very time consuming and frustrating. Won't bother again.

I ordered a pattern from this company on Sept. 28, 2010 for a Halloween costume. When I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail or a response to an e-mail inquiry about my order, I did some research on the company. I sent an e-mail on Sept. 30, 2010 to cancel my order after reading the reviews on this site. (I would have saved myself a lot of time and aggravation if I had read these reviews first.)

Since then, the company has charged me the full price of my order. I called the number listed on my receipt, only to get an automated message that "the representative at extension 8185390327 is unavailable."

I've filed a complaint with the Southern California Better Business Bureau. Based on the number of complaints here, I'm also filing one with the California Attorney General's Office. I don't expect anything to come from either of these actions, but at least it's something.
