I ordered Colon xr 'free trial, only pay shipping' what I didn't know was that after 14 days they bill you for the regular price $78.84. when I called, never got a live person, so i did a "live chat" on line. Woman was very rude, said they couldn't refund the trial $. we typed back and forth for about 30 minutes. THEY WILL NOT REFUND NOR CREDIT ANY THING EVEN IF YOU RETURN ITEM. AFTER 14 DAYS, IF THEY DON'T HERE FROM U, YOU ARE AUTOMATICLLY SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY SHIPMENT. The 2nd page of your on-line order supposedly has all of this info. I didn't see this. I canceled my credit card so this wouldn't happen again next month. BEWARE !!!don't order colon xr from their web site. don't know about other sites that sale this, but their site is a totally wrip off!

I too was takin by this company. As 1 in a million of many overweight people, these companies are picking us suckers off 1 by 1. When they see us dumies ordering their products all they see is $ signs. I was online looking for help and I seen this great ad for Acia berry and Total Cleanse, It said lose 10lbs the first week, I thought this looked great, the only thing that lost weight was my bank account! I also called and complained to the number on my statement, only to find a number that did not answer, then I e-mailed and got so body that couldn't even speak English. I argured with about 12 people, and they kept saying over and over again, is there anything else I can help you with. I will say that the Acia Berry did cancel my order and did not give me a problem it was the total cleanse that caused me great financial problems. I cancelled the product as the offer stated but they still charged my account. I contacted the BBB in Florida, and filed a complaint, but after no response from SFL they closed the file. Great not even the Better Business Bureau can get though. I sure hope anyone that reads these complaints first will think twice about ordering anything online. If anyone out there can recoup our money, please let me know.

Tried to call and cancel a free trial of Acai Berry which I paid 5.95 shipping on to prevent any further shipments. Phone number was no good. Would not ring. Also, needed return authorization number to send the free trial back to them. Without this number they will not give me credit for my return. This is a definite scam and the Vice Squad in Boca Raton, Fl. needs to be involved. This is purely credit card fraud.

I have received a bottle of Total Cleanse and I wish to return this product, . however, I cannot get an answer to the number that was provided with the product. I need an RMA number immediately.

Once you order the free trial this company charges your card and keeps sending you the product even though you don't request it. It took a while to get CANCELATION CONFIRMATION NUMBERS, a must for future reference.
