How can I make them stop???
The company keeps sending me product and I didn't order and didn't authorize to be charged to my credit card. After the free trial I called to cancel and the automated service jerked me around and then disconnected me. I have now received two or more packages for the past 3 months AND they are even sending me a package to my neighbors address as well as my own. My credit card won't credit me because they say that I have to follow the company's return policy. Hello!!! It wasn't ordered and I've returned everything. Has anyone had success getting this stopped????

I also ordered this product as a "sample". I ordered it on Dec. 3rd and did not receive the item until the 20th of Dec. On Dec. 22 I tried calling the 800 number which would just come up as a busy tone. I tried for three days to get through to this company. I didn't try again until after the Christmas Holiday. On Dec. 29th I tried again, low and behold the phone finally rang and a automated voice came on. The voice said to hold for a "live" person to talk with and then provided a website to go to also talk with a "live" person on line - then the telephone line went dead...yes, the call was ended! I never was able to hold for a "live" person to talk with to cancel my order. I did speak with a Nieves-SS online who 'typed' to me and I quote: "Your order has now been cancelled. The trial bottle is yours to keep as a courtesy of the compnay. You will not receive any additional charges nor product shipments. You should receive an email confirmation for the cancellation soon (Which I did the same day). I received my statement for my cc which showed a $87.13 charge on Dec. 19 and never received any order or product!!! I called again today the number on my cc and spoke with Andrew saying the refund will take 7-10 days to process! I asked him why the girl (Nieves-SS) did not process the refund on Dec. 29th and he did not have an answer for me. I did happen to get confirmation numbers and a copy of the e-mai with the "live" person, also documented my call with Andrew. After I placed this order I wanted to cancel because I had reservations about the product and service. NOW I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GUT INSTINCT. This has really changed my experience with online services.

AcaiBerry Supreme Trial
I requested a free trial of AcaiBerry Supreme I could not continue taking the trial supply. When I tried to return it and stop any further shipments I could not get through to anyone. You have to have an RMA# in order to return it or they won't accept it. In the meantime, they sent me another bottle and charged my card again. When I signed up for a free trial I made the mistake of using my debit card thinking it was my Visa credit card. I have sent 3 e-mails to stop them and told them I only authorized $5.95 to be charged to my card. I was wrong to have fallen for this scam and wrong for not making sure it was my Visa credit card instead of my Visa debit card. By the time I received the last shipment I didn't even have 15 days to return it. It was dated Dec. 15 and they charged my account on Dec. 24. I immediately tried to get in touch with them and still have no answer. I will have to get my bank involved now.

Acai Berry
I ordered a sample of Acai Berry from SFL Nutrition, and it caused a stomach problem right the way. The phone number they provided was not a working number. Now, without any authorization from me they charged my account for $88.62! Moreover, there is an additional charge on my account for Acai Berry for $94.57 -- I think they sold my account infor to another company!
The phone number is fake too!

Fraud
I ordered a Free Trial Sample of Acai Berry and Total Cleanse and paid
for shipping. Then I notice an $89. charge on my VISA statement. I
called the number on mystatement and complained telling them I did
NOT order agree to any other charges and was going to call VISA to
stop payment to them and would return any products shipped to me
unopened. Obviously this is a scam as VISA said they had many
complaints about this company. I hope somehow this crook gets
caught soon as many people are unknowingly getting ripped off.

Total cleanse
These people are committing fraud and they need to be prosecuted. I ordered total cleanse on a trial and I have tried to call them to cancel but the phone rings and then hangsup. I call back and its arecording saying I eed to try the call later. A week or so later I received another bottle of total cleanse with a statement for $84.79. I then went on the internet and looked up the compay SFL Nutrition, LLC., got another number and received the same type of message as before. So I got on the chat line with a rep from them company and that lady told me I didnt cancel in time and the money was none refundable no matter. I told her I didnt order that and I would like for them to cancel any other shipments. I asked her about the credit card that was used, she then terminated my time on the site. I tried to get back on the site and I was unsuccessful to get back on the site. These people has charged my credit card twice. Im disputing the charges

Total Cleanse Complaint Re: Charges
You provided them a credit card # then I suggest you cancel your card immediately!!. Phone # to cancel order is impossible to reach anyone. You home phone# is blocked because they have it on file when you ordered product. Call from a 2nd land line that you did not give them when ordering. If they do not give you a refund then contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. I had to cancel my credit card and also file a fraud investigation claim with my bank. SFL was informed to cancel my order and on that exact same day they ran charges through my card again. They try to tell you that it says on their website that you have 14 days to cancel. Problem is you can not reach anyone to cancel order. Make sure you document dates and detail of any ph0ne calls, get names of who you spoke with and make sure you get confirmation #'s. I also emailed Oprah through her website and let her know that her name and face is on their website and that they have hundreds if not more unhappy consumers.

acai berry diet supplement
Ordered a free sample of diet pills. All you needed to pay was S&H. Two weeks later, credit card charged 88.62. When you try to call and cancel your order you can't get through. I have since recieved another email that says that my order is being expedited! I haven't even ordered any more.
