After ordering their product on line through a VERY confusing web site, I was shoked to receive a second bottle of pills I didn't want or order. I returned the bottle and cancelled my order in Dec 08 and as of Jun 09 I have still not received my refund! I've talked to them on several occations and they tell me that their records show that they have issued a refund, but my bank tells me otherwise.
We need to look into a class action lawsuit against these people!

I returned products back to SFL in December 2008 and by February I still did not get my refund. I called and they said they made a refund deposit to my account. My bank confirmed that I did not get the refund.
They then said that they would mail me a check in 7010 business days. I still have not received the check. When I call back now they say I need to wait another month for closing. They want let me talk to accounting department. I asked them to have accounting call me and they say accounting cant contact me. However last month they said accounting called and said they would mail me the check.

I sawthis ad about Acai Berry and Colon XL that was recommended by Oprah. I clicked the link and proceeded to order a TRIAL offer of the products.
5.00 for the Acai Berry Cleanse and 5.95 for the Colon XL.

Apparently you had to cancel within 15 days or you would be sent a monthly supply and charged. I did not receive the products for 2 weeks or more so how could I cancel.

Then I see recently that the company had charged my bank account for 79.00. I called and told them I did not join a program I only wanted the trial. They said did I not read that if you didn't cancel within 15 days, you would begin receiving a monthly shipment?

I said no, all I saw was a FREE TRIAL and you'd only pay s&h. I canceled the account but they would not remimburse me. I never recieved the monthly shipment they charged me, only the trial packages.

This is such a SCAM and I will never order supplements online again. I am going to report this the US Attorney General as well. Companies like this ruin the public's faith.

I ordered a trial bottle of AcaiBerry on 12/01/08 for $5.95. It took weeks to receive the order. Shortly after I received it, much later than expected, I was charged $88.62 twice on my credit card from this company. After trying numerous times to contact someone and not being able to get through, sitting on hold for up to 1 hour or talking to a person who barely spoke english I was told they had no record of my order in their system. I contacted my bank who gave me the name of the company that charged my account which was SFLnutrition which is not listed anywhere on the original invoice that came with the trial I ordered. I have attempted to get my refund from SFLnutrition and they have indicated to me that I did not cancel the auto renewal within the 14 days of receiving the trial bottle which is why I was charged the $88.62. It was impossible to cancel the order in that tme frame because they they charged me for the auto renewal within just days of receiving the item. Not only was I chare the $88.62 (which I have yet to receive the second bottle I was charged for) I was charged twice for this amount. The company is claiming they have no record of my account being charged 2 times. I just want my refund.

I purchased two products under the assumption there would only be a $5.95 charge for shipping. I was then charged for $78.84 on my credit card. There was no where in the website that stated I would be charged the $78.84. This is a total scam. I urge everyone to never purchase anything over the website. They come back with charges that you never were told you would be responsible for. These people need to be put out of business once and for all. There is no excuse for this.
