PROMISED FREE TRIAL ($5 SHIPPING) AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 2 TIMES.
I ORDERED A TRIAL OF TWO PRODUCTS: ACAI BERRY AND COLON CLEANSE. SUPPOSED TO BE FREE TRIALS JUST $5.95 FOR SHIPPING. INSTEAD THE COMPANY CHARGED ME 48. THE FIRST TIME AND 70.84 THE SECOND TIME! PLUS THEY OVERDREW MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAD TO PAY CHARGES OF $35 EACH TIME.
THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE CHARGE IS 888-874-6887 WHICH I HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES BECAUSE EACH TIME THE PERSON (PHILLIPINO) HUNG UP WHEN I SAID WHY I WAS CALLING DISPITE THE FACT THAT I USED A CALM SIMPLE TONE OF VOICE.
FINALLY, THEY REALIZED I WAS GOING TO BE ON HOLD FOREVER AND GET HUNG UP ON AND STILL CALL BACK. THE WOMAN "LAURA" TALKED TO ME THEN AND TOOK MY COMPLAINT. SHE SAID THE COMPANY IS LOCATED IN FLORIDA AND THAT SHE ENTERED THE REFUND REQUEST ONLINE AND THAT WHENEVER "THEY GET AROUND TO IT" THEY WILL REFUND THE 70.84!
THIS AND MANY OTHER INTERNET COMPANIES NEED TO BE HUNG. M-

ACAI BERRY SUPREME
I RECEIVED A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR FOR 94.57 AND 88.62. I CAONTACTED THE ONLINE SERVICE PERSON (RACHEL) AND SHE ADVISED ME HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE. SHE GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND THE RETURN ADDRESS BUT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED FOR THESE CHARGES. I AM CONTACTING THE BBB REGARDING THIS COMPANY.

acai berry i did not order
some company charged my bank account $88.62 for acai berry that i didn't order...i called phone number on my online bank activity and they said they would remove the charge and instead charged me another $2.66 and another charge of $94.57.I called these people 4 times and they continue to tell me my account was cancelled...but charges remain on my bank...when i typed in the website the recording tells you it shows a bunch of fraud stuff about this company..How can i make these people stop charging my bank account...Its a nightmare...I really don't know how it came about to begin with...The people on the phone sounds like they are from India or some foreign country and refused to discuss anything with me til i verified my identity which then gave them all my information...name address, phone number and email address...I threatened to turn them into the BB and even the FBI if they didn't quit charging my bank account without my permission but it didn't seem to mtter to this guy probably because he's not even located here in this country...UNBELIEVABLE!!! they even gave me a confirmation number and the next day they gave me the same number plus about 6 additional digits added to it...I don't know what to do about it or how to stop this insanity...!!!

can't cancel order
Tried to cancel order, will be canceling the credit card that it was billed to. I didn't even realize I had placed an order with this company. I never clicked on the confirmation button for sale, my internet was acting screwy that day. So I had to try to track down information to even get to an email to send them and then I ran across all the complaints. Scary. I hope that I can get them to leave me alone.

Order Cancled but still billed
Ordered the sample product, once received then I canceled the monthly order that I do not wish to receive. Did that on 12/9/08 through email so that I would have a record and now on 12/22/08 I was billed for the product. I did not receive what they are billing me for nor do I want it. Can not reach them by phone as it just disconnects you. The live chat does not work, once hit submit it closes the window, then they send you an email stating while you were offline with some help pages that are not active.
They need to be stopped...

I placed a sample order and then canceled they called me I told them I did not want the product they charged my credit card anyway and I have to dispute it through my bank to get it stopped for they do not anwser the phone this is another scam and you wonder why people don't want to order over the internet!

Above company mailed me a bottle of Acai Berry capsules, with a bill for $94.57, that I did NOT order! I refuse to pay for that item.

charged for product not requested
I received a trial size of acai berry tablets, paid the $5.95 shipping & handling now I have been billed $94.57 for a 30 day supply of Acai Berry. Luckily I was able to call my credit card company and have this charge removed. You cannot get on the toll free number as it is not connected. Beware this company is a scam and i am sure that they have already scammed many consumers.

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT 11-23-2008 .ON 11-24-2008 THE VERY NEXT DAY I TRIED TO CALL TO CANCEL AND THE # DID NOT WORK.WHEN I FIRST ORDER THE TRIAL SIZE I USED MY DEBIT CARD FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING $5.95. I SPENT ALL DAY 11-24-2008 TO CANCEL THIS ITEM ALL I GOT WAS A BUSY LINE .SO I CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD SO THEY COULD NOT GET A CHANCE TO CHARGE ME $ 78.95 .ON 12-17-08. I NOTICE A CHARGE FOR $78.95 ON MY MAJOR CREDIT CARD WHICH I NEVER WOULD HAVE USED FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF $ 5.95.I CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW THEY GOT MY MAJOR CREDIT #. I THOUGHT I WAS SAFE ONCE I CANCELED MY DEBIT CARD BUT I WASN'T.
