I want to thank all of you for your help. The new number they posted of course does not work but I did get live chat through the website to cancel. I will tell you though they will tell you it is cancelled after leaving you on hold for a while I am sure to make you disconnect. Call their bluff I typed "I do nto believe it takes this long to process" and all of sudden there he was with my cancellation but no number. Make sure you ASK FOR YOUR ACTUAL CANCELLATION NUMBER! I requested the cancel number before they disconnected me and wrote it on my receipt. They said it would be emailed to me which I have not gotten but I did copy and paste the conversation for my own records
