Fraud
I had placed an order for Acai Berry for $5.95 and when I tried to call and cancel the order I couldn't get nobody on the phone.This is a fraud and now the company will not respond to the customer.

acai berry cancelled order
I ordered free sample, plus shipping, called next morning to cancel which she said was taken care of. Just rec"d sample in mail and called and was told to go to this web site with complaint. Just do not want to be charged for a pre cancelled order.

Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges of $88 & $94 within five days of each other. Credit card was cancelled. Called & was told these charges would be taken off my credit card on 11/29/08 and it was not. Instead received a package from this company which I haven't opened because I didn't order it. The telephone number tells you to go to a website mytrialsupport.com and this won't work either.
