I, too, ordered the acaiberry but had no literature included with the product. After many attempts, I canceled any further orders and returned a 2nd shipment with a RMA number. I've yet to be reimbursed the $94.57 debited from my account. I canceled my debit card and continue to try to get a response from them. The phone operators are a third party in another country and are of no help!
