I have personally visited Etisalat to report them that i have shifted to a new place, next to my old building and i am existing customer of E-life and i want to do the transfer. Etisalat send a tech after 2 days, he viewed the location & told me that he will come with his team next day, i waited more than 4 days and visited Etisalat again & reported, nothing happened, every two days time i was visiting Etisalat main building 3rd & 4th floor, they keep telling me someone will come. It is now more than 2 weaks no one comes, to whom should i contact.
This is nounsence and absulutely not fair 'Where is the quality of Etisalat services' I got fed up now and want Etisalat to take serious action.
