I placed an order last week for a Shake Weight and 3-in-1 Deluxe DVD:
- Total Body Workout, - Latin Dance Workout, - Brazilian Booty Workout
• the 2.5 lb Shake Weight.

I placed my order on line, had some trouble, so I call their custom services, if the order went through, customer services staff stated no. I told her I wanted the shake weight and DVD’s, she stated yes I can get the DVD’s.

On yesterday I received my order with the weight and a 6-minute DVD’s, not what I order. I call the customer services three times and was told they only have the 6min and they are not offering the same as on line, I asked if they are the same company, she stated yes, I asked why it not the same, it on line. I total them that this was not what I order; they are not willing to give me the DVD’s. I told them I would file a complaint; the lady stated go ahead and file your compliant. I asked for a manager no manager on duty, and the next day I call Manger never came to the phone. Don’t trust Shake Weight they advertisement are false and they are liars. Don’t waste your money.

I was getting this for my girl friend so I went to check out their website. I started to place an order and then then it prompted me with a screen to ask me if I would like to take advantage of the TV special, so I clicked on "yes" and then the website prompted me with more "special offers" which I clicked no. Then without even asking me to confirm my order like any other website such as amazon or buy.com, it just said "thank you for your order" and when I looked at the quantity, it said I had purchased two of them!!

Since I placed the order online on Sunday, I went to see about their customer service page (note that they don't even have a physical address other than a P.O.Box), but the page said that they aren't open until monday which is fine cause not every company is open on Sunday. Not being able to reach them at that minute, I decided to e-mail them with my order number and situation so that they would correct my order.

Then I got their e-mail response on Monday and they told me that they order had already been shipped and it was too late to change my order. I explained that I e-mailed them right after I placed the order and I would have corrected the problem myself had there been an order confirmation page at the end of check out. They said sorry, but no can do. I even spoke with the manager, and still nothing. They basically gave me the GFY...

This is forced buying and I don't believe in practices like this. STAY AWAY!!
