The night shift drive thru crew including mngmnt.These so called employees they hire.Anytime from 9pm on even on the 24hrs 3nights aweek there supposed to be opened stopped serving shakes tonight for example.this is not the first but the 5th time in 3weeks this has happend and we a frequent customers there.they told me that they're shake machine is down .I ask the man why every time i come around this time ther're machine is out ?He said i just cleaned machine i stop shakes at 9pm.I ask him why when ther"re open 24hrs tonite.He said i clean machine no more shakes.and to top it of it took 20min in line and my food was cold. Iam no longer going to the fast food .PLease Mcdonalds stop Hireing none english speaking employees Heard of bilingual...and not just out of rehab...This is rediculous...
