This complaint is against Shamrock Home Furnishings in Bloomingdale, IL. They follow bad business techniques. Read on to know how they really are before you do any business with them. I had purchased a bed frame and a floor bed mattress from them. They did not have the exact kind of mattress I wanted so they suggested that I take another kind and if I was satisfied with that I could exchange it in 2 weeks.

Well in 2 weeks when I went to get it exchanged they denied the whole thing and said that they never said anything like that. I learnt one thing with this experience about Shamrock that they will lie to you to any extend and after they get it done they deny the whole thing. Later I came to know that the mattress that they sent me was a used one most probably because there was no tag, nothing. They then told me that the factory that manufactured this had shut down and they couldn't do anything to tell me. This is a total rip off. Please check every detail before you purchase any thing from Shamrock Home Furnishings.
