Hope to get a refund at the very least. I DON'T THINK THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO HEAR OF SUCH A RUBBISH PRODUCT. DON'T BOTHER BUYING.

Scam
Be careful with the small print! In the very fine print in the beginning of the add/website it states that $15.90 shipping charge. Most customers probably never see that fine of print and when you go to purchase it never states what the shipping charge is until after it your credit card has been charged and processed. NO notification at all. They will also tell you that you can be reimbursed but the item ships instantaneously because their shipping is working 24 hours which makes it too late to get reimbursed. This is a very sneaky company and if you want the ShamWow, go to any store and you can find it for cheaper without the bogus shipping fees. For 2 months, I have tried to get reimbursed and finally have been able to get reimbursed for the item but not for the $15.90 in shipping. I only got half of what I paid back and do not have anything to show for it. $30.85 for the ShamWow with shipping...give me a break. You can find it for $9.99 at any store. Hard lesson learned. I will never buy from this site again and I will make sure that everyone knows what they are getting into before they buy from this site too.

I had purchased a Shamwow and was disappointed
I had purchased a Shamwow and was disappointed. I had paid the for the product over the phone. I gave my credit card details and I only received the Shamwow 3 months after the purchase. It can't seem to work like the advertisements.

Shamwow is a fraud, that doesn't work
Shamwow is a fraud. It does not soak up liquids. It simply spreads them around and makes streaks on wet surfaces. What a joke. I would rather use a cotton towel or a real chamois cloth product. I got duped by the infomercials. Don't let it happen to you.

The shamwow mop is the worst mop I've ever used
The shamwow mop is the worst mop I've ever used. The design of the twisting/wringing mechanism is laughable. In addition to that, in less than a year, part of it broke. I have much older mops that are more durable. Bad design, bad product. I really would like my money back.

They're a waste of money
I got the Shamwow 's as a stocking stuffer from my mother (we always laughed at the commercials) but when I actually tried them out they were more disappointing than anything. They're basically just a sheet of felt. That's it. I poured out a little bit of water on the table to test them out hoping they'd work like on tv. NOPE! It literally just spread the water around the table...didn't absorb one drop. NOT A SINGLE DROP! Do not buy these. They're a waste of money, paper towels are cheaper and work 100x better!!!

The shamwow mop is a rip off
The shamwow mop is a rip off. It does not wring out as described, (I had to wring it out with my hands), it is very poorly made in that the mechanism does not function easily, and the mop itself is sewn together poorly and was splitting at the seems before I even tried to use it. Bottom line...after 1 hour of trying to get it to work, I tossed it out.

This product is not what they say
This product is not what they say, you try to wash or and wipe the windows on your car, and it takes 5 minutes to finally dry it and it still leaves streaks, which the claim, no streaks. then they do not tell you the exact processing & handling charges. I will register a complaint with my Visa.

I am not only disappointed, but I feel stupid and $20 poorer
I don't know why it doesn't work for me when it worked right before my eyes at the state fair, but I have tried using it according to the directions (washing it before using, but not drying) and today when I had a child wet my bed I thought I would avoid having to use a ton of paper towels. Wrong! The shamwow absorbed absolutely no liquid. I am not only disappointed, but I feel stupid and $20 poorer.
