Our electricity was cut off by SEWA at 11:30am without any notice in the middle of 48 degrees Celcius temperature with my 8months old baby inside the house and he is sick the fact that i paid my bill a week before the due date and the thing is because of their so called GOOD SERVICE and so called GOOD SYSTEM which most of the time screwed up we the paying consumer are suffering, i called their emergency number and told me that they cant do anything but i have to contact the branch nearby which is closing after 30 minutes by the time i made the call, so this people doesnt care if an infant died due to heat stroke because of their uncalled act and barbaric service.
