BE WARNED. I ordered the new Shark Pro vacuum with all the attachments for TV info 4 payments of $49.95. No attachments come with the vacuum that they show on the infomurcial. I got an email 11/23/10 with details of taking payments: Your credit card ending in ____ will be charged $120.78 today (which includes all Sales Tax and S&H), and will be charged as follows in the future:
* On 11/22/10, your card will be charged for payment 2 of 4 in the amount of $74.89
* On 12/22/10, your card will be charged for payment 3 of 4 in the amount of $74.89
* On 01/21/11, your card will be charged for payment 4 of 4 in the amount of $74.89 okay, I did order attachments that really DO NOT COME WITH THE VACUUM.
My card was charged 10/27/10 CHECK CRD PURCHASE 10/26 EURO PRO OPERATING 800-7987398 MA 482855XXXXXX7052 080300051392855 ?MCC=5969 $195.60. I Called them to stop them from further withdrawals but they wanted to give back the shipping charge of $49.95 and asked me to please try the products. I agreed to getting back the shipping charge to my account and hung up. I got an email 11/26/10 with details of taking payments again: Your credit card ending in ____ will be charged $195.60 today (which includes all Sales Tax and S&H), and will be charged as follows in the future:
* On 11/25/10, your card will be charged for payment 2 of 4 in the amount of $49.95
* On 12/25/10, your card will be charged for payment 3 of 4 in the amount of $49.95
* On 01/24/11, your card will be charged for payment 4 of 4 in the amount of $49.95 and no return of the $49.95 shipping and handling charge promised to be returned. I was LUCKY, my bank was bought out and my card was replaced with a new one that week. They could put money in but no longer take any out and they never put the shipping back as they said they would. They offered to drop the charges to just $4.95 and we would be even. They wanted my new card number, I said no thank you. I again called them to pick up their UNOPENED boxes and refund the over charged amount once they get all their products back untouched. The deal is not to open the boxes to get your shipping fee back ($49.95 X 2) and you have to open the box to get your FREE mop that you can get at any discount store without all this horror that they would have rights to your money at their own will and amount. When they sent their Return label for only unopened box I have now had to call again to get a second label even though they confirmed I had 2 boxes unopened. To this point they overcharged me, did not return the shipping charge to my account as they said and have made me call continually to get the products back to them. I have already read what happens if you open the boxes and use the products and that is worse if you want your money back. You will pay shipping and handling to get it back to them and you will not get the shipping and handling they already charged you at the beginning. You will be out at least $49.95 x2 to keep a mop you can get cheaper at a discount department store. PLEASE WARN THE PUBLIC THAT TO GIVE YOUR CARD NUMBER MEANS IT IS NOT JUST 4 PMTS OF $49.95 or even what they confirm in email. Boxes are 45 lbs. and 4 lbs., they sent me 1 label for 20 lbs. I called them again and still have gotten no further return labels. The boxes are still unopened, I do not want the stuff.
