Well, finally I got my refund from the Euro-Pro Steam Mop piece of crap!

Actually, the product was not near as bad as the company I was dealing with. I got the run around over and over. I made so many phone calls and kept being told it would be taken care of and I would receive my refund soon. I got the machine the middle of January and sent it back within a week and now, end of March, finally refunded! I discovered that each of the phone calls I made to inquire were going to India. After demanding to talk to a supervisor on my last call to them, I was given the number of the Shark Company, which is 1800-361-4639. If you are having the same hassle take it from me and start with this number. The man was very cordial and matter of fact and within 2 weeks, I got my refund.
