Purchased a 2007 Chrysler new in 2006.
We live in Mira Loma, Ca.
We were given 8 years of oil changes, paid for the seat protection plan, and alarm system.
We have been having problems with our alarm system ever since we got the car-and they would tell us to drive the car there to get it re- sensored because they were the only ones who had the tool.I did this about 10 times and the gas was getting to us.
Well the dealer in no longer there and we are still having problems-we went to the dealership in Norco and it seems they don't have the tool for our alarm either!
Now were stuck with a $1500.00 alarm-andno seat plan - and no free oil changes...who in the hell do we see now?--Why should I still have to pay for these things that I can't use?
They knew they were going out...why were they still allowed to sell cars?
Does anyone know who I can contact to get some of my money back?--
