He walked away saying we were done. I said no we're not. He took me to see Ron, who's biggest problem was the time between when I noticed it to the time i asked them about it which was about 28 days. I can see that, but looking at the wheel, there is no other way it could have happened. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Terrick, he said he would investigate and have someone call me because I told them that their service department was costing them sales because I would never buy another vehicle from them again or have my vehicles serviced there again.
