This woman was a private seller on ebay, she sold me a fake rolex watch for £675 and i have spent the last year trying to get my money back. she'l agree to repay and then change her mind, i have written to her and also a solicitor has sent her a letter i also sent her a copy of a letter from goldsmiths stating that the watch is a fake and she still wont give me my money back saying she wants 3 letters from 3 different rolex dealers stating the watch is fake! there aren't 3 rolex dealer close to where i live. she is patronising in email contact stating i should learn how to do business properly when she is the one selling fake goods! What can i do to get my money back? someone please help, i'm a single parent and a student and i need my money back!
