GO FOR GAS SINCE 2000 BUT TONIGHT ABOUT 10.45 DEC 12, 2009 I WENT FOR GAS AND THE SALES MAN NAMED WALID GIVE ME HARD TIME I DO NOT SPEAK FRENCH BUT IT DOES NOT MEAN I SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS THATS WHAT THIS GUY DID TO ME I HAD HARD TIME TO EXPLAIN HIM HOW MUCH GAS I WANT TO HAVE HE DOES NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH AND START BLAMING ME I M IN QUEBEC AND HAVE TO SPEAK FRENCH, IS THIS SHELL CANADAS POLICY THAT CUSTOMER HAS TO SPEAK FRENCH TO HAVE GAS IF NOT WHY IM BEING INSULTED BY WALID NOT ONLY THIS HE WAS MAD ON ME ON THE MEAN WHILE I GOT A CALL AND SAME TIME HE STARTED YELLING AT ME
I WENT BACK AND I ASK HIM I WAS FAR AWAY FROM THE PETROL AND NOT EVEN NEAR MY CAR I KNOW WHEN I HAVE TO PUT GAS I HAVE TO CLOSE MY MOBILE BUT I WAS NOT PUTTING GAS Y HE START YELLING INSTEAD OF LISTENTING ME ( HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND) HE TOLD ME " FUCK YOU"
THAT WORD IS HITTING IN MY MIND AND I M GETTING VERY BAD IMPRESSION FOR SHELL CANADA AND THEIR SALES PERSONS.
CAN SOME ONE LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO SPEAK FRENCH TO HAVE GAS FROM SHELL CANADA
IF NOT THEN I BELIEVE SOME ONE WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS GUY OTHER WISE I HAVE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAISNT SHELL CANADA .
