on the 16december around 1210am i stoped to buy two packs of marborol lights through the customer window outside, , , there is a call button, , , i pressed the button for service and could actually see the employee working inside, , , she looked at me then continued to ignore the fact that I was waiting on her service, , , after ringing the button 4 more times she finally came to the front she had made me wait almost 5mins at the window, , , she got there and slamed a bleach bottle on the counter as if I was interuppting her work, , , I asked for two packs of marborol lights and she rang me up for three packs, , , at this time I told her I ONLY ASKED FOR TWO, , , She argued with me and said I asked for 3packs, , , I said no I did not and I told her just give me two packs, , , she yelled at me and said no you didnt, ., ,
I am very much upset and asked for her name she refused to giv this to me, , so just to let you know she was working the overnight shift from midnight untill when ever on the morning of the 16december
I have been a long time customer at this store over 20years and I am very much upset at the way she treated me this evening, , ,
if this is the type employees you want running your store I will not shop there anymore because of her.
