WARNING -- do not consider this vacation option.
We purchased <4 yrs ago and the fees have tripled.
It would be cheaper for us to pay for a 5 star hotel ourselves then
maintain this purchase.

We were told the first year that we could use bonus pts and when we went to use them they were expired??? How can bonus pts expire? Nothing in writing regarding this -- BEWARE.

The service is horrible, and when you attempt to book a vacation, more fees above and beyound are incurred. We were charged a search fee even when no search was conducted.
