Direct TV has stolen over $600 from me and being a single mom I can't afford any more money to be STOLEN from me ! ! I do not have an account and have no for OVER ONE YEAR yet your company still feels it necessary to take money from me???? Can you tell me why that is???????? I have made NUMBEROUS phone calls and sat on hold for an estimated total time of 3 1/2 hours. This takes time away from my daughter my job and my life for DIRECT TV STEALING my money! ! ! I have been hung up on or my call was "lost" over 4 times and I still have to wait to get answers. I DO NOT AGREE with your running of your business or the crappy service when you have wronged someone.
