In response to this complaint...This particular bride and her mother met with me several times. I took the time to show them different samples to accommodate their budget. I showed them different price points to see what they wanted and they chose the arrangement they wanted. I delivered and set up this wedding personally. I was on site for at least one and a half hours. At not one point during that time did the bride or her mother comment that things were wrong or they were not satisfied. I took many pictures of this wedding to showcase my work in a portfolio. She has claimed I switched colors and quality of flowers. I have the pictures of her holding her bouquet and there are all roses, stock, and exactly what she ordered. There was a miscommunication on her part that I was going to pick up her rentals and votives. I called her a few days later inquiring about the rentals and that is when she became very abusive. She informed me to never call her again and she wrote this ridiculous complaint. I have been in this business for 17 years. I have many letters of recommendation and receive referrals from all my clients. It is unfortunate
she feels this
way. I take great pride in my career and feel hurt by this situation.
