-A few weeks ago I have visited the website of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium. I was in search of thrusted suppliers or manufacturers in China. One of the links has directed me to www.china.cn
-At the top of the homepage of www.china.cn there is a statement with big letters "The Exclusive
Government Authorized B2B E-Marketplace in China"
-I was directed by a link from the Chinese Embassy Website and the statement. Thought I was on the
right place under the controle of the government.
-Under the cathegory telecommunications chosen for mobile phones branch. At the page found a
company advertisement claiming that they sell original mobile phones of Companies like Nokia and
Apple inc. The name of the company is Shenzhen Hongtong industry co ltd (page link is
http://eastk158.en.china.cn/ ) First made a search with google with the company name and have been
visiting may be 20 different sites all with positive feedback . First made an inquiry and afterwards
clicked on the chat button.
-Chosen for msn chat and connected with somebody called Dongfang with a msn-id
[email protected]
-Asked for the prices and got a price list and specifications of the mobiles i needed.
-Ordered the phones I needed and received a proforma invoice of $812 for(I have saved the email
including the invoice and have the original source code of the mail)

-After one day i asked them with an email if it was possible to send 2x apple Iphone 3G-8Gb
in place of 1x 16 Gb. The price of 8 Gb was half price of 16Gb and he told that it should be no
problem at all.
-They have also stated on the bill to send the phones with dhl or ups .
-I have made the payment via my bank account to the bank account given on the invoice

-In place of ups or dhl they have send the order with ems wirh a tracking number EB051038243CN
(also have the original mail and the source code which I ve received the tracking number) I have asked
why did they send with ems in place of Ups or Dhl and the answer I get was just a "Please..!" I thought
they should know better as a company who selled mobiles more than 60 countries. I have received the
tracking number number on 15 July 2008 with an email and my order was also ready to send and they
should send it the same day. It can also be seen on the original mail. The first party order was just to see
the quality of the gsms and see if it was possible to sell on ebay. I did not have any job for a long time and
had the idea of starting an official online shop on ebay and I have made my platform also ready for it.
like having 100%positive feedback and having enough feedback to start an online shop (ebay id:
skaytronics) During my first contact I 've told it to them also.
-After hearing that my order should be send that day I've asked if everything was ok and if i could place
my advertations too. they have confirmed that everything was %100 ok and i mustn't worry.
- i've placed my ads but until the night of 18 July everytime I've traced I got the message that i had
a wrong number and had to check my number. Asked them and he said that it was ok and very soon I
should receive it. I got the first response on 18 july in the evening and the shipping was just done in
Shangai in place of Shenzhen. I tried reach them but they did not respond my mails or telephone calls any more.
-on 24/07/2008 at about 13:00hour I have been delivered by ems taxipost. But in
place of my order I 've been delivered 4xmobile phones which are made for China with a name Iphoue my music mobile W888 with chinese user guides. Which is not more worth than $10 each according to me.
_i have all the documents and also the package of the sending with the name of the company who made
the shipment in shangai and the weight of the package on the label and the mobiles send with the package. I have stopped all my auctions on ebay in order not to cheat other people. I have spent my last cents for that and I have every document proving every word i have told. Those people who cheated me are busy on the same manner with the same names and do not respond me and so ure of themselves. Can you please help me? They have brought me in a very difficult situation. Hoping to get your help and find a solution. I cant understand why dont people try to earn on a honest way. There is much more to earn honestly but how can they be so blind?
