I make a purchase deal of Apple iphone 4 with Shenzhen Xinhuihe Digital Technology Co., Ltd. sales she person is Sabrina Li,
After all conversation I decide to buy one piece of iphone4 as a sample which price is in (us dollar) $210 & $35 for transportation charges. I sending moneygram Receipt of payment attach ment with this email.
She sent goods by parcel # “RR768551218CN” when I open the parcel there is only one USB inside the parcel which cost may be just 3 to 4 us dollars instead of Apple Iphone4.
So I request to you please inquiry for that case.
Sir I know $245 is very little amount but I want to revoke that type of crimes to built trust with China. It is also good for both the country to create new business oceans.
When I open parcel 1st one thing come into my mind that it was stolen by someone during transit. For further inquiry I request to ms Sabrina Li Send Purchase invoice she can not provide me. There is no any document send by her. So I again request you please inquiry for that case.
