Ripped off/Faulty goods/Non Delivery

After trading with this company for over a year they have now decided to RIP ME OFF!!

It all started when i compained about faulty DIGITAL PHOTO FRAMES, the answers i got was its the Consumers fault!! how can that be when a product is opened and found to be faulty!!

The only thing i was offered was replacement parts!!

And now my last purchase has not been sent they have took the money and run

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I have tried to contact the sales manager who will not reply
