This is a means to and a formal disclaimer of the truth as pertaining to a wrongful attack against Sherry Spoonts and her daycare business in Carrollton, Texas.This is/was an apparent attempt by another daycare operator in that area to try and cause a similar type business to be forced into peril and put out of business as to bring more business for four daycare businesses that are owned by this other operator.

These claims that were made against Sherry Spoonts are totally and completely FALSE and should NOT be taken as true.She has become the apparent victim of someone's vicious and totally unfounded attack.This attack seems to be based on a competitors attempt to try and gain more business by any means that they deem possible. Our website is Consumer Online Protection.net and was where this complaint was originally lodged.We have a completely open policy for anyone to file a complaint, but, we certainly NEVER promote dishonesty and/or condone ANY type of untrue claims and/or unfounded attacks against perfectly honest and reputable individuals and/or businesses/entities, etc.

This perpatrator in question-Sabrina Helton/Donna Garner and Kiddie Shack Daycare have been PERMANTLY BANNED from Consumer Online Protection.net and we will not condone this kind of unfair and unprofessional way of operating, especially when it causes an honest individual(s) undue problems and strife and grief, etc.

We highly recommend Sherry Spoonts and her Sherry's Day Care in Carrollton, Texas as the VERY BEST in the Great State of Texas and most likely one of the best in the entire country.We VERY SINCERELY regret that this has happened to such a fine and highly respected lady and day care operator.It is very sad that we live in a world where you count on others' being honest and trustworthy, but, not everyone is or ever wants to be.I wish that there was a way to control this, but, there never really is.
