Dear Consumers,
Even if i am buying over the phone or the internet, i think that I sould get the same respect and courtecy as if I were in person, now for this company i think its the opposite. First i called to order a free trial period for $7.99, over the automated system, tried to talk to someone but kept getting a machine so I took my chances because i really wanted to try this product. then the next I happen to check my bank account and saw where to company took $118.00 from it, NOW isnt that ridiculous. Now thinking it was a mistake I then tried to contact the company, which too forever, eventually I got to a representative which was very rude, she kept coughing and coughing as I spoke and expressed my dissapointment and anger, she made matters worst. I asked to speak with a manager (Steve # 689) as I expressed my concerns about the deceitful ways in which they took all that money and that i wish no longer get this product', this man came well armoured with lectures about all the products they sell and how established they are all kinds of stuff supporting his company, and when I told him about the negative blodg that I read about he began bashing those comments as if those people mischivious, because of the 'REPUTATION' his company has. I say this to say that if he is the manager who is supposed to be genuinely taking our concerns seriously and he is acting as if my concerns are not important they who will speak on my behalf when I have been mistrested like this. I then went on to speak to him about his behaviour and that his attitude should be revised as this should not be accepted by any consumer. I was appalled by Steve's behaviour, its so sad to know that in this day and age you still have people out there in the professional world acting like Mole Rats that just crawled out of a hole. Critisism is not a bad thing it's what you do with it that makes a difference. thank you.
