The owner and MD is Mr. Nanu Anandan after he became Anand. His Office working time is more than 12Hrs compelsory. even Fridays and holidays without any overtime. He is collecting from people visa money, cutting OT, gratuity, leave salary etc. for his daughter's marriage. He is demanding that he is an Engineer and His wife is a Doctor, actually they didn't went to any school. This company he got by cheating his early partners. He started is carrier as a sweeper, that is why he is using bad words to workers and acting like mad dog. This company is a flowered banquiet in the hand of a monkey, he will throw it and laugh (may be already shutdown this company). His calculation for date of joining is visa stamped date and ends on labour card expiry date (i.e, never ful fill the contract). 25% of the people will go before stamping the visa, first week itself. 50% will go within 6 months, 20% will go within one year. Only 5% will stay morethan 1 year. If anybody take one day sick leave if it is Friday also, he cuts two days salary and he may collect the insurance money for his pocket.
