Vendor knew I had taken in sick dog from my Facebook updates. I ordered vitamins for this sick dog. I already took the dog to the vets and dog is currently on medication. However, this Dog had been severely abused physically and needed more help.
I had ordered vitamins from this company, Balanced for Health, for my own personal use for many years.
I ordered Pet Vitamins 11/09 from Balanced for Health. I paid through Paypal. This Company charged my visa card she had on file (double charge). I emailed her for the double charge. She said she issued me credit and apologized.
Today I received the Pet Recharge vitamins and saw her note that she understood the expiration date to be this month. Her exact words were: "I noticed the expiration date of the Recharge for pets was for this month. I will send a fresh one when I get them, in case you do not finish this bottle this month."
This vitamin is a 6 month supply. I had been hurting emotionally because this dog had been so abused. And Diane knew my pain. Instead of emailing me or telling me she did not have a good bottle of Recharge for Pets, she shipped me the expired one with "A NOTE". In the time that we emailed each other and spoke to each other about the double charge, Diane never mentioned she was sending me an expired Recharge for Pets. Even though she does not advise when she will get more "current" recharge for Pets, she does not undersand why I am upset.
I took the seals off the Recharge for Pet Vitamins and CellFood which Diane recommended me to give the Cellfood to the sick dog. She was to charge my CC my next pay period 11/20 for the cellfood. I had to wait for the credit of the double charge of the Pet Vitamins to go through my acount first.
Diane was sympethtic to my emotions to the dog, but she could't care less about sending me an expired vitamins for the sick dog. So now I have two charges for one expired Pet Recharge Vitamins. I had to reorder the vitamins from another vendor to ensure I would get them in somewhat of a timely fashion. I have already lost 4 days from the day I originally ordered the Pet Recharge from Balanced for Health.
I am sending the complete package back to Balanced for Health. I have had many eamails with her. And still, Diane at Balanced for Health does not undestand "why I am upset".
