Builder of Shipra sun city harassing residents with subsidiary allies B M Services(power backup provider)
I am paying monthly electricity bill, charges are highest in Indirapuram(11.50 per unit with 450 fixed charge).still they cut electricity without any prior intimation to resident.
They not provide any type of maintenance facility, but they always ask for annual charge.
Without any maintenance service, how they can ask for maintenance charges. Highly unsocial and rude behavior shown by Shipra peoples with residents.

There is no any security system in side resident area, especially in regalia height, a multistory building, where unsocial elements involve in bad activity. no body is secure at such places.
from this platform i will urge for potential action should taken by concern authorities.
