I placed an order Nov. 10, 2007 for $47 worth of marine equipment. Order # 3097686 / Included two containers of Carbon Free gas additive and one pump for lubricant to the lower unit of the boat motor. After adding a $11 shipping charge, they promised the order would be sent right out. They confirmed the order, took my money and never shipped the order. Nice, huh? I emailed several times, then went thru the Better Business Bureau. ShipStore did not respond to the BBB either. I don't know what the deal is with the parts department of this outfit, but I'll never do business with them again.
