Failure to deliver product
I placed an order with the shirts4squirts Website for a total of nearly $300 USD in merchandise. Several days later they e-mailed me to let me know that two of the items I had ordered were out of stock, but that the other seven items were going to be shipped out and that they would give me a refund for the two out-of-stock items - which they did.
When the package arrived (a UPS envelope folded up and sealed), I opened it to discover that it contained only three of the seven items. I checked the included invoice to see if it mentioned anything about a seperate package, but it did not. I also noticed that the items on the first page had been either checkmarked by hand or had a line and the word 'refund' through them, and that the four items on the second page had no marks whatsoever. The three checkmarked items on the first page had been in the package, and the four unchecked on the second page were the items missing. It was clear that whoever did the packaging/shipping at shirts4squirts had missed the second page of the invoice entirely and had only shipped the in-stock items on the first page, indicated by the checkmarks.
When I contacted shirts4squirts about the missing items, they bluntly refused to take any responsibility and asked if the package showed signs of tampering. I told them that it had arrived perfectly intact and sealed, and explained about the unchecked items on the second invoice page. I even offered to scan the pages for them. They refused to ship the missing items or offer a refund/store credit for them. They said that obviously the post office had tampered with the package and had stolen the missing items. Only after a postal investigation proving that the package had been tampered with/not been delivered would they ship the missing items to me. How this was going to work in my favor I had no idea, as a package had in fact been delivered (less four items). I would have suggested they check their stock numbers as verification, but this is the same site that sold me two out-of-stock items in the first place. So I don't have much confidence in their system.
Needless to say I was flabbergasted. This is how you treat good-paying customers? I have worked in customer service most of my life and would never dream of treating a customer as they do. Their correspondence is curt and unprofessional, they offer no apologies nor do they take any responsibility for mistakes they make. As of the moment they have over $130 of my money, and my son has fewer gifts for his birthday next week. Good on you, shirts4quirts.
An utterly disappointing on-line experience. This is one non-returning customer. Please think twice before using shirts4quirts.com; if you can find the same merchandise elsewhere, I encourage you to purchase there instead.

poor service
by far the worst online buying experience i have ever had. no response to phone calls or emails. even though website states items are in stock, over half of my order was not filled. i will never buy from them again. and beware, they also run other websites (sweetnsourtees.com from whom i also placed an order without knowing it was the same people).
