I ordered the shoe under for $9.99 with a shipping and handling charge of $6.99. I only authorized them to charge my credit card $17.98, . When I checked my credit card they charged me $93.90. I called customer service and they stated they had me ordering 3 shoe unders upgraded to the deluxe shoe under. I advised them I only ordered one shoe under and I did not upgrade anything. The agent then told me that the merchandise had already shipped so there was nothing she could do. She then said when I get the merchandise to just send it back and she would refund my money LESS the shipping and handling of TWO of the shoe unders. I told her I never ordered two and was not going to pay shipping and handling for two.
I'm contacting my credit card to dispute this!! This company charges your credit authorized charges and adds more to your order to get extra money.

I SEEN A PRODUCT ON TV FOR A SHOE ORGANIZER AND THE AD WAS BUY 1 FOR $10.00 AND GET ONE FREE. SO I CALLED AND I ORDERED 2 SETS AS 3 WAS THE LIMIT.AND I WAS TOLD FOR AN EXTRA $5.00 EACH I CAN GET A BETTER STURDY VERSION.SO I SAID YES 20.00 EXTRA DOLLARS. I WAS CHARGED FOR ALL 4 AT $15.00 A PIECE AND ONLY RECEIVED 1 SET. I CANNOT GET INTOUCH WITH ANYBODY, I PAID 6.95 FOR EACH ONE AND I AM STUCK WITH THIS.CANT GET MY OTHER 2 NOR MY MONEY BACK.

ok i ordered one thing and i checked my email and all of a sudden your company ordered too many stuff using my credit card. i want to cancel all orders now.
