I order from shoe coean, And it was the biggest waste of money EVER!! For a pair of boots that were 20 bucks ended up costing me over 50 bucks. I tried to exchange them out for the correct size. I was told to send them back even though it was pass the 30 days. It cost me 15 dollars to mail them back. I waited three weeks and when I received nothing. I call the company asking about the shoes. When I had the rudest lady yell at me, saying " yeah, i gots yo shoes, and I am not sending you the correct size, so you lose everything and we keep your money!" I losted it after that, I explained to her everything, and she said "so". I told her she better send me the other shoes back, since i paid for the. I emailed the head of the company asking them to call me. Which I NEVER heard back from anyone. NO EMAIL OR PHONE CALL!!! NEVER ORDER FROM SHOE OCEAN!!! ITS A SCAM!!!

Purchasing a pair of shoes a week ago, I came home to find that the toe portion of the shoe was scuffed. Let me back up a bit, and better explain myself.

There have been several incidents when I would go to Ross, see a "shoe" that I liked, and I had to hunt for its pair. Normally, the shoes are somehow kept together, but there have been several times, I either had to look for the shoe on a different rack, or put the shoe back altogether because I could not find its pair. Incidentally, the day I bought my pair of black slip-on, this was the issue. I saw one shoe, saw that I liked it, and I easily acquired the second shoe from a different shelf on the same aisle. It wasn't until after I came home, that I saw that the toe part of one slipper was scuffed. Chagrined, I told myself I would return the item at my earliest convenience.

The following Sunday, I grab my Ross bag, the receipt and head off to the store. The lady in front of me is purchasing a vast amount of items, so, I wait in line for about 10 minutes. While the cashier is ringing up some items, she is pulled aside by Kelly, another store representative. Kelly picks up a pair of shoes on the counter and points out that items that have been worn are not to be refunded. Fair enough.

When it is finally my turn, I hand over my back and complacently await the meager $10 charge to be returned to my VISA. The cashier looks at me. "What's wrong with them?"
"They are scuffed in the front. I didn't notice until I brought them home."

The cashier then turns to Kelly. I can see they are discussing my shoes. Kelly then comes to the register, and with a look of indignation, she tells me that Ross cannot refund me because the shoes have been "worn." So, I spend the next 5 minutes explaining that I never wore the shoes and would only like to get a refund.

Not only did Kelly embarrass me in front of other customers by making me look like some dim-wit trying to return "worn" shoes, she falsely accused me of trying to pull some kind of stunt. Completely and utterly irritated, I asked for the store number, and number where I would be able to speak to someone of higher authority.

Not only had the present cashier refunded a pair of truly worn shoes to a previous customer, Kelly falsely accused me of trying to pull the same stunt.

TODAY...10/29/07.....I STOPPED BY A WALMART THAT I HAD NOT BEEN IN SINCE LAST FALL..LAST FALL I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE SHOE DEPT... I HAD SURGERY ON BOTH FEET AND WAS STRUGGLING TO FIND SOFT SHOES TO FIT WITHOUT PAIN...I HAD TAKEN FIVE OR SIX PAIRS OF SHOES FROM THE RACKS AND WENT TO SIT ON THE BENCH TO TRY THE SHOES..I HAD CHOSEN TWO PAIR AND-PLACED THEM IN MY CART. AN EMPLOYEE CAME FROM BEHIND -HANDS ON HIPS -STRUTTING AND COMPLAINING..."YOU NEED THE CLEAN THIS MESS UP".."DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO PUT THINGS BACK WHERE YOU GOT THEM"......I WAS IN SHOCK.....AFTER A FEW SECONDS, I ASKED FOR A DEPT MGR. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS THE DEPT MGR.. I DID NOT PICK THE SHOES UP AND RETURN THEM TO THE RACKS.....THAT WAS ENOUGH-I ASKED FOR THE STORE MANAGER...THE STORE MANAGER WAS CALLED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. THE MANAGER APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT SHE TAKE CARE OF THIS WOMAN.... I THOUGHT THIS WAS OVER. FRANKLY -NEVER THOUGHT OF THE INCIDENT AGAIN - UNTIL TODAY....

GUESS WHAT...I TOOK THE TIME THE FIND FOUR PAIRS OF SHOES TO TRY ON..AS I'M SITTING ON THE SAME BENCH AT THE BACK OF THE SHOE RACKS...WHO APPEARS BUT WITCH HILDA, AGAIN.

I KNEW HER IMMEDIATELY...I SPOKE ..."HI, HOW ARE YOU?"...SHE MUTTERED UNDER HER BREATHE "FUCK YOU"...AND WALKED AWAY. I HEARD AN ANNOUNCEMENT COME OVER THE SOUND SYSTEM...MANAGER TO DEPT #...IT WAS THE VOICE OF WITCH HILDA...

WITHIN A FEW MINUTES A NASTY LITTLE BLONDE APPEARED.....I ASKED IF SHE HAD A PROBLEM....SHE SNAPPED.."CAN WE HELP YOU WITH SOME SHOES". I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER- SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS THE ONLY MANAGER IN THE STORE TODAY...HER NAME WAS DONNA, IN THE BISCOE STORE... I WALKED OUT- LEAVING THE SHOE BOXES ON THE FLOOR.

NEEDLESS TO SAY - WALMART DOES NOT NEED MY LITTLE BIT OF MONEY.....AND THEY DON'T NEED MY GOOD WILL. SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL PAY FOR THE BAD SERVICE AND THE POOR WAY THEY TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES...WITCH HILDA SHOULD HAVE BEEN TERMINATED LAST YEAR FOR HER BEHAVIOR...NOW I DREAD GOING TO THAT DEPT EVEN FOR SHOES FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN... EMPLOYEES IN WALMART DO NOT HELP FIND OR FIT SHOES....THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS PUT THEM AWAY IN THE PROPER PLACE WHEN SHOPPERS LEAVE . I WOULD NOT EXPECT TO HANG A DRESS OR SWEATER AFTER TRYING IT ON....AND I DON'T EXPECT TO RE-PACK THE SHOES ON THE RACKS... I DO EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT WHEN I CALL FOR A MANAGER. WALMART PAY ATTENTION !
