over billing
tried to order 1 shoes under not including the free extra one pay shipping only and was charged $74.00 on my wifes C.C. Not even using correct Name on Card was still Billed.

Overcharged
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, these people are a bunch of crooks. First problem was the ordering system linked to the 800 number shown on the TV. It doubled my order before I could even figure out how they did it. Got off the phone and told my husband I have no
idea how many I ordered. Completely confused by the automated ordering system. That simple product the Shoe Under led me to
an even bigger scam which I did not partake off. When order was shipped it showed on my debit card statement a charge of $40.97!
Scam was for only 9.99 for one plus shipping and handling of I believe 6.99 and they would throw in an additional one. When I
complained about the charge, they told me when the package arrived I could send it back, but I had to pay the shipping. If that
wasn't bad enough, after I had done that I only had credited to my account $20.00! I called them and they informed me that they
would not reimburse the $20.97 for shipping and handling on the order. I called them a bunch of thieves and hung up!
DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOES UNDER!

poor product
The shoes under product is a scam. They advertise that you get one for 6.99 and then if you order a second one that is of better quality you only pay 10.99 or something to that affect. I ordered six so I should have gotten three of better quality which I was charged for but instead got 6 of the same ones. The product does not live up to what it claims it is like putting your shoes in a box that is made of tissue paper, the compartments do not hold your shoes in place and the zippers come apart when you try to zip the bags up. I have had these things for months and I am terribly dissatisfied with it completely.

defective product
They sent us a product that had NO zipper handle. The product was therefore defective. In order for them to replace it, they wanted us to pat shipping to return the defective item they shipped us and had to have a new one sent out plus shipping. Ridiculous. Where is customer service these days. I should not have to pay for their mistake.

Kept my money
3 months ago I placed an order over the phone and then cancelled it within 10 minutes. When I was cancelling the order I was told it had already been shipped so if I didn't want it I was to write a reference # on the outside of the box and return it unopened. I did all of this. Now, 3 months later my Visa bill is showing I owe $72 in UD funds for a product I returned 3 months ago. Shoes Under alleges they still haven't received the package back howevr I marked it very clearly with a return address and haven't received any notification that it has not been received by the company. They aren't allowing me to speak on the phone to anyone other than the sales rep, they also told me to take it up with my Cisa company. What can I do to get this credit card charge reversed? I have kept a record of all emailed correspondence and communications.

FRAUD
I odered the shoes under storage product from the TV infomercial. I only ordered 1 order, which should have been a buy one get one free offer. That should have only cost me $16.99. Shoes Under added an additional order and charged me for three processing and handling fees at $6.99 each and some how charged me a total of $40.97. I called to inquire of the charges and the cheaply made product and was told by, James, there was a 30 day money back guarantee and was provided a return confirmation number. Then when I spoke to the supervisor, Agatha, that I could return for a full refund for the second order only and that I would NOT be credited a full refund. James admitted he failed to tell me the proper return policy under the pressure of Agatha. I am seeking all of my money back as this company is a fraud and it appears from all the complaints this is true. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? HAS ANYONE BEEN SUCCESFULL IN RECEIVING A FULL REFUND? WHAT OTHER ACTIONS CAN I TAKE?

Overcharge
TERRIBLE !!! Have never had such bad customer service !!! This is a scam ! It was supposed to be buy one get one free - when I finished my order it ended up charging me for 2 so I called the 800-777-4034 and spoke to a Chris that told me he would modify the order and to check back in 48-72 hours - I called back and Oh low and behold the order had already been processsed and not only am I now paying for 2 NOT buy one get one free but I am now paying for 6 !!! This guy Chris changed my order not to a buy one get one but to 6 !!!
I spoke to a lady named Idah - could not help me but wanted to give me a $10 credit to make me happy - I just told her I wanted my money back - I ask for a supervisor - Aaron got on the phone and was just not happy to be doing her job nor have a job for that matter ! I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company!

use of credit card info
I purchased a "Shoes Under" product. The product was fair and not as sturdy as shown. However, the worse part of this transaction is that "Shoes Under " is using my credit card info to send me unauthorized mailings from ID SECURE. They are sending a "check" which, if I cash it, will be billed to my credit card which I used with "SHoes Under".
I want Shoes Under to delete ALL information which I have ever given them, and discontinue selling my name.

False Advertising
What a piece of JUNK. The infomercial grossly misrepresents the actual product. You are led to believe you will be getting a somewhat sturdy suitcase like device with firm dividers in it. Instead, you get what amounts to a garment bag with thin walls, thinner dividers and a thin floor. It comes to you in the "mailbox" because it is folded flat. It is that cheap and flemsy. I am immediately sending it back for a full refund. i am so disapointed I am not even going to try it out. Do not fall for this gross deception of a product. It is a complete rip off. Zero stars.
