The product recieved was flimsy and just looks like a bag with everything collaspible. I was expecting sturdy the sturdy boxes shown on the website. The prices were also different. this website did the transaction so quick you were not allowed to look at the total price before the transaction was finished in case you decided you wanted to not finish the transaction. I feel like it is a scam. I called the number this morning at 9:45 am and was advised I would have to call back in two hours. I was charged 103.90 for 6 basically bags. I am very dissapointed this product and am going to see if they will stand behind the 30 day satifaction guarantee on the site. I will never order anything from this company again!

I ordered by phone the Shoes under storage bag. It was a buy one get one free offer. I placed only one order. The cost was $10.00 and shipping of $6.95. To my surprise I looked at the enclosed bill only to find a charge of $40.97. The charges were for 2 orders and 3 shipping charges of $6.95 each. Furthermore, the bag was made of very flimsy plastic like something you'd find in a dollar store.

I called the customer service line and explained that I did not place 2 orders only 1 product with the free one as advertised. I was told that they caouldn't refund the money unless I returned the product and they still wouldn't refund the shipping charges of $20.97. First of all, the package is very light and there is no way it weighs over 2 pounds. I am always shipping gifts to my out of town family and know what shpping costs. The package should cost only about $5 dollars or so. It is an obvious way to scam consumers in every way possible.

The first representative was uncoperative and refused to give me any refund. I called back and got another representative that at least agreed to give me a partial refund of $10.00 only but would not refund my other 2 shipping fees. This rep told me that they couldn't refund my shipping charges and that they would send me the second one since I was charged for it. I explained that I didn't want a second one and I was asking for them to correct the billing to only 1 product order and one shipping charges. I was told all that they could do is apply a $10 credit for the extra product charge but would still charge me shipping on that and on the free one that I didn't get.

This is a flimsy worthless product...don't get scammed like I did!
