I recently ordered a pair of Nike Shox R4 from [www.ilovetrainers.co.uk] (link: http://www.ilovetrainers.co.uk). There have been complaints of a similar nature in respect of these 2 sites as well. Lesson learnt is at the very least when internet shopping to confirm the contact details is that of a legitimate company.

I recently purchased a pris of Nike NZ Shox from the shoes9.co.uk website, which i believed to be in the UK. Once i had ordered the goods from the website, they sent me a tracking number which is when i noticed the goods where being sent from China. After a few days the trainers arrived, but to my frustration they were fake. I know this as i have 3 other pairs of Nike Shox and these were rubbish quality and they were not very well made at all. All the colour around the heal, where the Shox are was already peeling away and i had never worn them. Once i looked more carefully i noticed a lot of other things that were wrong with them. I have e-mailed the company 3 times and i have had no reply. I have e-mailed now for an address to send them back to and still no reply. there is no address on the website and you have to e-mail them for an address. There is only 14days to get the goods back to the company, but i think i have just been ripped off. Fake goods and nowhere to return them! PLEASE let other people know, not to use this website!!!
