I have experienced the same mouse pad issue with this company and another company, Fashion is the Art at http://angeleshoestore.com. Both are associated with Xinglan Ye (email address [email protected]). I have been working with PayPal, pursuing the issues of both purchases, and have reported both to econsumer.gov. Both claims with PayPal are pending. If I don't receive a satisfactory outcome, I intend on moving this through the media.

Horrible scam site. STAY AWAY. Contact links on their website don't work, They don't respond to email. They are riding off of ShoeMall's reputation and when you google ShoeMall quickly, their site pops up if you are watching what you are doing. I received nothing and will be sure to refuse the mouse pad if, when it arrives. I have ordered hundreds of items over the years and this is the first time, something this bad has happened.

They fooled me too... Just as everyone else I received an ugly mouse pad instead of the shoes I ordered.

I had previously posted a comment on B.Ts post. I had exactly the same experience. The site will not let you push the send button to post a comment. Instead of sending me the shoes, I received a cheap mousepad that I can't even use since I use a laptop. I wrote an email to thefind.com, which is the place I found the shoes. I explained to them what happend along with a link to this site. They emailed me back promptly. They explained to me that they are a shopping search engine site similar to google. They did however assure me they would investigate it and file a complaint through the proper channels. It blows my mind how these people can pull off this scheme and steal peoples hard earned money. Lets hope they get shut down really soon! I guess it pays to investigate sites we aren't familiar with before we purchase anything from them.

I already paid for my shoes, but they have not shipped it yet. They do not reply to any of my emails, so I researched their site, and thank god I found this site.

I knew their prices were too good to be true, I was too naive to believe them -_-
