WHAT A JOKE FIRST OFF THE BUY ONE GET ONE HAS A REDICULOUS SHIPING AND HANDLING FEE. PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY FLOPPY WITH NO SUPPORT i BOUGHT 4 AND GOT EIGHT NONE OF THEM ARE IN USE DUE TO THE FLIMSY PRODUCTION. RUN DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is horrible! I bought it at Walgreens and was very excited because I was going to have a place for my shoes. I bought two of them. OMG...it's not sturdy, the shoe dividers are not firm, can't slide underbed. Nothing on their commercial is true. This is just a bag simple as that, as good as a garbage bag. I can't believe that people would sell this junk. The thing that gets me is, what do they do to the bag to make the commercial, what makes it look sturdy? I now see this product everywhere, and I can't believe it...

I placed an order with shoes under after seing the advertisement on television. I ordered one shoe under w/the second free, suppose to only pay the shipping and handling. I somewhat felt harrassed by the representative taking my order, trying to persuade me into making multiple purchases of this item. After saying no thank you around five times and threatening to cancel my purchase because of the extensive time I was kept on the line the elderly lady finally backed off with clear knowledge of my minimal purchase. The cost should have been around $24.00 total. I was stunned to find that when I checked my card statement a week later that this company charged my credit card $93.90. I contated the company by phone and was offered $10 to $15 for my inconvenience. I found this to be a joke and requested to speak with a supervisor regarding my request of a full refund. Ater several transfers I finally spoke to someone indentifying themself as a Supv by the name of Allem ID#2104. I was informed that the package was on it's way to me and I could not be refunded until the package arrives and is refunded with a provided RMA#11561142. I has been one month since I made this purchase and as of date no merchandise! I was advised to contact Allen (Supv) if the item is not recvd. by 6/4/09. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as I find too many people having the same complaint as myself, I strongly feel that this is criminal activity with intent to deceive the customer.WHAT A RIP OFF and sadly makes it bad for those legitimate public anouncement sales. NEVER AGAIN. The must have already become Minnionaires off this scheme. I say class action law suit is in order!!!
